Ocean Connections is Recognized by the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors.

With our doors in Milwaukee officially closed, Ocean Connections is tremendously grateful to be held in the memories of friends, colleagues, fans, and supporters who helped make Wisconsin home. On December 21st, 2023 we were honored by Kathleen Vincent and the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors for 33 years of dedication to animal care, education programming, and community work. We would like to extend many thanks to the board for recognizing CEO & President, Shelley Ballmann, and for highlighting the value and impact of our programs. Thank you for this honor and we look forward to continuing to serve the Milwaukee community.
